PRB: MS DTC Log Manager Returns Error 0x3ee on Low Disk Space (305778)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) or Microsoft Messaging Queue Server (MSMQ) fails with error code 0x3ee on startup.

CAUSE

This occurs because of low disk space for the log file.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, free up disk space for the log file(s).

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
