OFFXP: Office Web Components Chart Component Based on PivotTable Does Not Display All Data (305585)

When you use the Microsoft Office XP Web Components to create a PivotTable Web component and a chart Web component, the chart may not display all of the information from the PivotTable that the chart is linked to. Specifically, the data field may not be displayed.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you drag the PivotTable fields from the field list into the data areas of the PivotTable.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Use the "Add To" Button When You Create the PivotTable
To avoid this problem, use the Add To button in the PivotTable field list to add the fields to the PivotTable when you create it.
Method 2: Add the Data to the Chart Manually
After you create the chart, click the Field List button on the toolbar to display the fields that are available. Select the field that is missing from the chart, and then drag it to the area where you want to add it.
