"STOP 0xA" Error Message in Afpa.sys When You Use IBM HTTP Server (305534)

When you use IBM HTTP Server on a computer that runs Windows 2000, you may receive a blue screen that displays the following error message:
STOP 0x0000000a 0x00000015 0x00000002 0x00000001 0xf116e167
Note that the fourth parameter of the STOP error message points to the Afpa.sys (Adaptive Fast-Path Architecture) device driver.
CAUSE
This behavior is related to the Afpa.sys driver and can occur if the server is serving very large files.
RESOLUTION
To resolve the behavior, upgrade IBM HTTP Server to version 1.3.6.2 or later.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, disable the Afpa.sys driver.
