You Cannot Configure a New Dial-up Connection to Open a Terminal Window in Connection Manager (305397)

When you are configuring a new dial-up connection in Connection Manager, you cannot configure the new connection to open a terminal window. Other versions of Windows do provide a way to open a terminal window in conjunction with a dial-up connection.
