XWEB: A Subscription Is Not Saved in the Feeds Subscription List (305319)

In Exchange System Manager for Exchange 2000 Server, when you add a subscription to a list of newsgroup subscriptions, the subscription may not be saved. You do not receive an error message.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a hard-coded limit in the Nntpsvc.dll module.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Server. This problem was first corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 3.
