When you turn on PageHeap for a program to troubleshoot a heap problem, an access violation in PageHeap may occur. This issue can occur if the program you are troubleshooting is very active with thread private heaps in multiple threads.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because PageHeap frees an internal heap structure too soon.
