After you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows XP, you may receive one of the following error messages when you start or quit the Wang Imaging program:
Wangimg.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
Imaging for Windows NT has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you click Details for this error message, you receive the following error information:

The program may start briefly and then quit before the error message appears.
CAUSE
This behavior can occurs because of incompatibilities between Windows XP and the Wang Imaging program that is included with Windows NT 4.0. The program shortcut is not removed during the upgrade to Windows XP.
