DFS Client Does Not Select the Share on a DFS Server in the Same Site (304719)

For a domain DFS share that is distributed among DCs and member servers in multiple sites, a DFS client in a site may connect to a share on a computer (either DC or member server) in a different site even thought there is a computer that is hosting the DFS share in the same site.

NOTE: This hotfix should be applied on the DFS client computer.
