Signed Device Driver May Appear as Not Signed in Device Manager (304641)

If you remove a device that has a digitally-signed driver from Device Manager and then click Refresh to enumerate the device again, the driver may appear as Not Signed on the Driver Tab in the device properties.
CAUSE
This issue can occur because the Digital Signer entry is not correctly updated in Device Manager until you restart Device Manager.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, quit and then restart Device Manager to update the Digital Signer entry.
