Winlogon Stops Responding with a Custom GINA (304570)

If a Graphical Identification and Authentication (GINA) dynamic-link library (DLL) or a pass-through "stub" GINA returns WLX_SAS_ACTION_LOCK_WKSTA immediately after the WlxLoggedOutSAS function is called, Winlogon enters a "race" condition and stops responding (hangs).
