"Stop 1E" Error in Win32k.sys When You Log Off (304556)

SYMPTOMS

When you log off your Windows 2000-based computer, a "Stop 1E" error may occur in Win32k.sys.

CAUSE

This error occurs when a a null spwnd is passed to xxxFlushPalette.

RESOLUTION

STATUS
