OFF2000: Error Message: Invalid Page Fault in Module Kernel32.dll When Opening or Saving File (304504)

When you attempt to open or save a file using one of the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article, the following error message appears:
Invalid Page Fault in module Kernel32.dll.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if a folder named, My Documents, is nested in the default My Documents folder.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, rename the nested My Documents folder. To do this, follow these steps:
- Quit all running programs.
- Right-click the Start button on the Windows taskbar and then click Explore.
- Locate the My documents\My documents folder. Right-click the nested (second level) My Documents folder and then click Rename on the menu that appears.
- Type a new name for the folder and then press ENTER.
- Quit Windows Explorer.
