SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Visio 2002, when you try to open a CorelDraw! Drawing File (*.cdr), Microsoft Visio unexpectedly quits or the following error message appears:

CAUSE

This problem can occur if any of the following conditions are true:

    • Rotated rectangles that are emulated using Circular Arc Center.
    • Non-rectangular block text regions or multiple regions. The Graphic Data Stream Format (GDSF), an ImageStream intermediate file format, does not support the attributes, which are supported in CorelDraw! 7.0.
    • Full color pattern fills.
    • Postscript fills that are emulated as GDSF hatches. Therefore, they may not appear exactly as they do in CorelDraw! 7.0.

    • Some lens effects.
    • Text outlines.
