OL2000: Outlook Quits When You Respond to "Internet Explorer Script Error" Message (303930)

When you start Outlook 2000, you may receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer script error
An error occurred on the script on this page
line 299 url outday// Do you wish to continue running scripts on this page?
Whether you click Yes or No, Outlook quits.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if FranklinCovey Software for Outlook is installed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, either repair Outlook 2000 or remove the FranklinCovey Software for Outlook program.
To Repair Outlook 2000- In Windows Explorer, find the Outlwvw.dll file.
- Right-click the Outlwvw.dll file, click Rename, and then type Outlwvw.old.
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs, click the version of Microsoft Office that is listed in the list box, and then click Add/Remove.
- Click Repair Office, click Repair errors in my Office installation, and then click Finish.
- Restart the computer, and then start Outlook.
To Remove FranklinCovey Software for Outlook- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs, click Franklin Planner for Outlook 2000, and then click Add/Remove.
- Click Yes to remove the program.
