Cannot access the Templates dialog box from a VBA macro in Excel 2002 (303836)

When you run a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macro to display the Templates dialog box (xlDialogNew) for creating a new file, Microsoft Excel displays the New Workbook task pane instead. The macro does not pause for you to select a file or a template to open, nor does it capture your selection.RESOLUTION
