Same Access Key for Both Print and Properties Commands on the Action Menu in Device Manager (303600)

When you click a device in Device Manager and you then click the Action menu, the access key R applies to both the Print and Properties commands.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, press the R access key again until the entry you want is highlighted, and then press ENTER.
