Some Access Keys Apply to More Than One Command on the Shortcut Menu for CD-RW Drive (303557)

SYMPTOMS

When you right-click the CD-RW drive in My Computer, some access keys are duplicated on the shortcut menu. Specifically, the access key A is applied to both the AutoPlay and the Erase this CD-RW commands.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, press the A key again until the command you want is highlighted, and then press ENTER.
