This article was previously published under Q303407 SYMPTOMS When you print to a PostScript printer with the Arial
Unicode Microsoft TrueType font, you may receive a Dr. Watson error in the
program if you are printing to a local printer, or in Spooler if you are
printing to a network printer. CAUSE The problem occurs while Windows is rasterizing the font
and heap corruption occurs. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Windows 2000. For additional information, click the
