DOC: DYNALINK Is Not A Valid TARGETTYPE Option (303353)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Windows CE Platform Builder 3.0

This article was previously published under Q303353

SUMMARY

The TARTGETTYPE option in the sources file determines whether an executable, library, or dynamic link library (DLL) file is built. Platform Builder Help states that the keyword "DYNALINK" causes a DLL to be built when this is specified in the TARGETTYPE option. This is incorrect. The value "DYNLINK" should instead be used to build a DLL.
