A user may be able to play a DVD regardless of any Parental Control settings you previously chose.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the DVD has not been specifically authored to include Parental Control support. If it is not authored correctly for Parental Control, the DVD can be played regardless of the settings you chose in Windows Media Player or other DVD playback programs.
