When you are running Sysprep with a Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2) image, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
Stop 0x0000001e (0xC0000005,0x8042CEC3,0x00000000,0x0000002C)
CAUSE
The problem occurs because a null pointer is passed to the interrupt handler.
