Background Picture Is Not Displayed Correctly After You Move the Taskbar (303137)

If you move the taskbar from the bottom of the screen and place it on the right (or left) side of the screen, the background picture may be displayed incorrectly and a vertical line may appear to the right of the taskbar.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use the mouse to click an empty area on your desktop, and then press F5 to refresh the background picture.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
