Error Message When You Open Animated Web Page: Iexplore Caused Invalid Page Fault in Module Ddraw.dll (303046)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to open a Web page that has macromedia flash animation, you may receive the following Invalid Page Fault error message
Iexplore caused Invalid Page Fault in module ddraw.dll
and the page may not open. You may also receive this error message when you start DXdiag to test the display.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your display driver does not support the version of DirectX required by the page.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your video adapter for information about obtaining and installing an updated driver for the adapter.
