This article was previously published under Q302939 SUMMARY
This article describes how to save and view your Microsoft Publisher publication as a Microsoft Word document. You may want to save your publication as a Word document when you want others who do not have Publisher installed on their computers (but have Word installed) to view your publication.
To save your publication as a Word document, use any of the following methods:
- Export the text in your publication, and then save the text as a Word document.
- Paste your publication as a picture, and then save the picture as a Word document.
You can also use Publisher to create a Web site from your publication, and then publish your Web site to a folder on your hard disk. You can then send the folder and its contents as an e-mail attachment, or save it to a floppy disk for others to view.
