When the System Locale default is set to English (Canada) or French (Canada) and you use the Network Connection Wizard to create a dial-up connection to a private network connection by using a modem, the following error message may appear:
Cannot Load Tapi Information
Error 0x8000022.
The error message appears when the Use dialing rules check box is selected.
