PUB2000: Publication Does Not Open as Expected (302837)

You may be unable to open a publication as expected in Microsoft Publisher.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- The publication contains an embedded object (OLE), such as a Microsoft WordArt object or a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
-and- - McAfee VirusScan virus protection software is installed on the computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, turn off the Safe and Sound feature of the VirusScan software. Consult the help files and manual that are provided with the software for directions about doing this. For further information, browse to the following McAfee Web site:
NOTE: In some cases, it may be necessary to completely remove the McAfee VirusScan software to disable the Safe and Sound feature.
