SYMPTOMS

When you use the Business Desk to create a New Campaign, you may see the following error message:
Problems with this page might have prevented it from functioning properly. Please contact your system administrator.

CAUSE

The above errors can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer on the client computer does not have any languages specified in the Internet Options Languages property.
