Picture It! Publishing caused an error in SHLWAPI.DLL
When you click OK to close the error message, Picture It! Publishing quits unexpectedly.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you double-click the link to the movie.
RESOLUTION
Point to the movie link, and then click the left mouse button only once.
