ACC2000: Application Error When You Preview or Print a Report and Not All the Pages Are Printed (302485)

This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and to a Microsoft Access project (.adp).
SYMPTOMS
When you try to preview or print a report, you may receive the following error message:
MSACCESS.EXE - Application Error: The instruction at "0x77fca6cd" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".
NOTE: The actual memory address may vary. CAUSE
This problem may occur if you use the HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL 6 driver.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, use one of the following methods:
- Download and install the HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL 5e driver from the Hewlett-Packard Web site.
- Use one of the HP drivers that is installed by default with Windows 2000.
