XL97: Text Boxes Are Cropped or Vanish on Chart Embedded in PowerPoint (302398)

When you edit a Microsoft Excel 97 chart that is embedded in a Microsoft PowerPoint 97 slide, text boxes that you have added to the chart are truncated or disappear in PowerPoint.
CAUSE
This problem only occurs when the screen resolution is 1280 x 1024 pixels or higher.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article.
