SYMPTOMS

When you use a version of the Windows 2000 operating system on which the input locale has been changed to Japanese or another language, and you create a page that contains Japanese characters (either typed in or pasted from other documents) on the Site Builder client interface, you may receive a warning message that resembles the following (where "|m|q|e|X|g" represents original Japanese characters that have been garbled):
|m|q|e|X|g does not have any Postings.

RESOLUTION
