Japanese Date Format Is Incorrect in CMS Site Builder (302256)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Purge Revision feature in Site Builder on the Japanese localized version of Windows 2000, the date format is incorrect. For example, after the month display in the Purge Revisions window, you see a comma (,) instead of the expected Japanese character that represents the date in Japanese.

RESOLUTION
