SYMPTOMS

If you are using Macromedia Dreamweaver 3.0 or Dreamweaver UltraDev as your HTML editor, you cannot drag and drop placeholders from the Microsoft Content Management Server 2001 Design Palette into a new placeholder. This does not affect dragging and dropping resources.

RESOLUTION

The Copy and Paste functions still work in the Design Palette.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior does not occur in Dreamweaver 2 or earlier.
