SYMPTOMS

In certain cases, images may be pasted into a CMS 2001 Site Builder placeholder even when they have been disallowed.

CAUSE

This issue only occurs when images are disallowed, attachments are allowed, and an image is pasted from Microsoft PowerPoint. This does not affect the results if the attachments are configured to display as icons or text.
