SYMPTOMS

If you change the system time on your Microsoft Content Management Server 2001 server or database server and then start the Server Configuration Application (SCA), you receive the following error message:
ASP Page cannot get data from the installed MSCMS database,
Could not get information about the user/group from ADSI.

CAUSE

This is an Active Directory Service (ADS) issue. The error does not occur under a non-ADS scenario.
