If you are logged on to your local domain, you can only add users from your local domain or from any trusted domains. For example:
- Log on to the local domain.
- Run the Database Configuration Application (DCA).
- Specify a domain user for the ResSys account (for example, Microsoft\resadmin)
- Click Next.
Note that you receive the following error message:
Unable to Grant Logon locally rights
User Microsoft\resadmin does not exists
RESOLUTION
After you close the error message, the DCA continues with the next step. You are prompted if you want to grant "logon locally rights" to this user. If you click Yes, the rights are granted, and then the DCA continues.
