Resource Access Does Not Work over Proxy Server (302167)

SYMPTOMS

Resources may not download through the Proxy Server. The newly imported resource can be previewed, but if you drag and drop it from the resource gallery into a template, you receive the following error message in the browser
The specified method is not supported.

CAUSE

RESOLUTION
