SYMPTOMS

The WorkFlowHooks.inc file included with the Method Systems sample data contains a sample script function e-mail notification. This function has been accidentally called.

It is possible that the call to the sample function will slow the Resolution Web Author or prevent it from performing properly.

RESOLUTION

If you experience any trouble with the Resolution Web Author, you should comment out (or remove) the following line from the WorkFlowHooks.inc file:

Call NotifyApprovers(...)
