SYMPTOMS

When you use the NCompass Resolution 4.0 Web Author video gallery, the image count that is displayed may be incorrect.

To view the image count, follow these steps:
  1. Click the video button on the multipurpose or single image placeholder.
  2. Click Video Gallery.
  3. Click to select Count.

    Note that the image count that is displayed is for all the attachments, rather than just the available video files.
