SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Content Management Server does not allow authors to drop resources directly into a placeholder in the Web Author from their Windows desktop or from a browser window.

RESOLUTION

Authors can add a resource (such as an image) from a local folder on their computers by clicking the Insert Image button.
