SUMMARY

The Microsoft Office Keyboard has a new layout that affects the placement of some standard keys. The keys affected are NumLock, PrtScn, ScrLk, Pause, Insert, and all the function keys (F1 through F12).

MORE INFORMATION

These keys are now designed to be used with the Function Lock (F Lock) key located in the top left corner of the keyboard. When you press this key, you turn on and off the functionality of the keys mentioned in the "Summary" section of this article.

To access any keys that have text on the front of them (except keys that start with an asterisk), first press the F Lock key (LED on), and then press the key you want to use.
