When you check the spelling and grammar of a Word document or a PowerPoint presentation by using the French Canadian language, you may receive one of the following error messages:
Word cannot find the grammar file for French Canadian
-or-
PowerPoint couldn't find the spelling file for French Canadian
You then receive the following message:
The spelling check is complete.
This behavior occurs even though the French Language Proofing Tools are installed on your computer.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, download and install the Microsoft Office 2001 Service Release 1 file. To do so, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
