SYMPTOMS
If you reconfigure the decimal symbol to more than one character (under Regional Options or Regional Settings on Microsoft Windows), Microsoft Visio only uses the first character specified.
NOTE: Microsoft Windows allows you to specify a decimal symbol separator up to three characters long.
CAUSE
Visio restricts all regional separators to a single byte. This behavior is consistent with known regional defaults and all Microsoft Office programs.
