SYMPTOMS
When you stop the Microsoft Windows Services for Unix
version 2.0 NFS Client service that is installed on your Windows XP-based
computer, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
STOP 0x000000ce
DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS (0xfaa6ad9a, 0x00000000,
0xfaa6ad9a, 0x00000000)
The Nfsrdr.sys file may generate the preceding error message
while the SFU system is unloading.
RESOLUTION
NOTE: The fix that is described in this section is for Windows Services
for UNIX 2.0.
A
supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to
computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
