You may not be able to log on to a particular Web site or gain access to certain services at a particular Web site. The Web site may display a message that indicates that you must use a supported browser or that your browser does not support frames, cookies, java, or some other technology that is supported by the version of Internet Explorer that you are running.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the Web site blocks beta versions of Internet Explorer, later versions of Internet Explorer that have not been tested with the Web site, or earlier versions of Internet Explorer that have known issues with using the Web site.
