Some Server Variables Are Not Fully Implemented in ISA Server (301380)

An ISA Server Web filter that is using one or more of the following variables will not work correctly:
- CERT_FLAGS
- CERT_ISSUER
- CERT_KEYSIZE
- CERT_SECRETKEYSIZE
- CERT_SERIALNUMBER
- CERT_SERVER_ISSUER
- CERT_SERVER_SUBJECT
- CERT_SUBJECT
- HTTPS_KEYSIZE
- HTTPS_SECRETKEYSIZE
- HTTPS_SERVER_ISSUER
- HTTPS_SERVER_SUBJECT
CAUSE
The server variables that are described in the "Symptoms" section of this article are not fully implemented in ISA Server 2000.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix. Note that the fix that is described in this article is only related to some server variables that can be used in an ISA Server Web filter. If you do not plan to install a Web filter (either from your own development or another vendor), there is no need to install this fix on your ISA Server computers.
