"Stop 0x0000001E" Error in UserSetLastError When a Terminal Services Client Logs Off (301376)

When a Terminal Services client logs off, a "Stop 0x0000001E" error message may be displayed on a blue screen.
CAUSE
An attempt to set the Last Error value when destroying a process causes an access violation because the Thread Environment Block (TEB) has already been deleted.
