Organizations Created in the Messaging Configuration Wizard Do Not Appear in the Destination Organization List (301235)

SYMPTOMS

When you run the Messaging Configuration Wizard, new organizations that are created on the Source Organization page may not be available in the list of organizations on the Destination Organization page.

CAUSE

New organizations that are entered in the Messaging Configuration Wizard are not actually created until you run the script that the wizard creates. When you run this script, the organizations will appear in the Source Organization and Destination Organization drop-down list.

RESOLUTION

Run the script generated by the Messaging Configuration Wizard to create the organizations.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
