OL2001: The Help Icon Does Not Work (301165)

SYMPTOMS

If you click the Help icon in the dialog box that prompts you to either Work Offline or Retry in Outlook 2001 for Mac, the Apple Macintosh Help program starts, but the Help topic does not appear.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, click the Help menu in the Macintosh Finder, click Help Center, and then click Microsoft Outlook 2001 Help to access Help topics.
