OL2001: Postscript Fonts May Not Wrap to the Next Line of the Message (301150)

When you read a message in Outlook 2001 for Mac, some lines of the message may get truncated and may not wrap to the next line.
CAUSE
This problem can occur when the PostScript fonts are used in the message.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, save the message as a draft and open the message from your Drafts folder when you send a message with a font other than Arial or another TrueType font. If lines of the message are not complete, use another font to format your message. To test the message, save the message in your Drafts folder and view the drafted message before you send it to see if any truncation occurs.

This problem only occurs if the sender and recipient have the same PostScript font installed. If the recipient does not have a font that is used in the received message, the default font for reading messages is used to render the message.
